Candy Cane Lane Christmas Gift Bag
I have finally given in and bought the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper and I love it.
It is not your traditional green, gold and red Christmas colour scheme but a beautiful combination of Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Real Red.
I have started to make Christmas gift packaging and grabbed the Gift Bag Punch Board to make life easier.
With a piece of DSP 10″ x 7″ (because I wanted to make a small bag) I followed the instructions punching and scoring the base of the bag.
I added some Whisper White pompoms, which are so much fun, absolutely delightful and look like snowballs. Then I stamped and heat embossed, in white on Crumb Cake card stock, a snowflake from a Flurry of Wishes and a sentiment from the same set. I punched out the sentiment using the Decorative Label Punch and the snowflakes using the co-ordinating punch and added them to the bag using Linen Thread tied to a gold binder clip.
