Spring is almost here and Easter nearly upon us. Everywhere you look shop shelves are packed with chocolate eggs of all sizes.
Mum loves a Maltesers chocolate bunnies, so while I was out this morning I bought four to give her at Easter. Even the simplest of gifts takes on new meaning when it is beautifully wrapped, so thinking cap on. I wanted something that was simple and pretty and this is what I came up with.
One piece of designer series paper with a scattering of flowers et voila! Simples.
The size of the paper was 13.5cm x 14cm and was scored as follows:
Side 1: 2cm
Side 2: (13.5cm side) 1.5cm, 5.5cm, 7.5cm, 11.5cm
Side 3: 1 cm (this is the side opposite side 1)
You need to remove the two small squares/rectangles at either end of the narrow scored strip.
Using the Petite Petals stamp set I stamped three petal on to Whisper White card then punched them out. The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set and I have used the word window to punch it out. It is fastened with a tiny peg.
