The Tropical Chic stamp set was one that I didn’t want, wasn’t going to get and didn’t particularly like.  That was until I saw what other people were doing with it, and then I had to have it.

I got my delivery today and just had to have a play.

I wanted to steer away from really bright colours, so picked Night of Navy for the card blank and used the framelit to cut out the centre aperture. I left space for a sentiment, and then decided not to add one. I have put a piece of vellum behind so that you can’t really see what is on the inside.

For the inside decoration, I picked Berry Burst, Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist and Balmy Blue and stamped off before I stamped the image I used. They were cut off with the skeleton leaf framelits and layered with the Frangipane Flower on the top.
