It is a funny thing, but not only do I not remember popping this stamp set into my shopping basket, but I don’t remeber seeing it in the catalogue. So it was a lovely surprise when my order arrived and it was in the box. I did check my paperwork, and I had ordered it. The order faries had not sent me a gift.

This card went through a number of incarnations before this. Initially, I was going for spring-like, ice-cream colours, then I was going to do Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and then I decided on a selection of blues.

I love the way they all work together. I used Soft Sky, Night of Navy, Dapper Denim and Pacific Point. The stamp set is A Good Day which co-ordinates with the scalloped circle punches and I layered the card in the same as the circles. The image was stamped with the Basic Black Archival ink.

This is a great way to use up scraps of cardstock.
