Eastern Palace Suite part 2

I love the simplicity of this card. It is elegant, opulent while being simple at the same time.

I have sandwiched Emerald Envy cardstock between two pieces of Dapper Denim. I stamped the motif in Dapper Denim ink, then used one of the Framelits to cut it out. I then stamped with the curly “bracket, again in Dapper Denim and then raised the “petals” so that the Emerald could be seen under them.

To finish off the card I have heat embossed one of the small decorative elements from the Eastern Beauty stamp set.

To me, this card has echos of Mughal India and the decorative elements I saw at the Red Fort in Agra.
