Moonsong Designs – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.

I am loving this design challenge and the fact that the Design Team are all doing such different things. Don’t forget to pop across to their blogs to have a look.

So, week three of the December Design Team challenge and I wanted to get away from cards and do something a little different.

I was on my way into work, and spotted a lovely shop display. It was all white and silver and gorgeous. If you have read any of my past blog posts, you will know that I don’t really go for the multi-coloured look. I much prefer a limited pallet and this window really called to me.

I chose one of the elements from the Live, Love, Grow set and stamped it with versamark onto Whisper White card stock. Then I sprinkled silver embossing powder on it and hit it with the heat gun. To fasten I used a brad with one or our lovely Rhinestones.

I made the gift bag using the Envelope Punch Board. To fasten it, I used a brad with a basic Rhinestone and then a touch of Glimmer Paper backs the sentiment.

I absolutely love the result. It is simple, but has a bit of sparkle and a touch of glamour.
